Can we make customized designs as per the client’s requests?

Yes, we have the capability to produce custom designs. Customization options may include design, materials, colors, and branding.

What is our Minimum order Quantity (MOQ)?

240 pairs per style per color

What is the lead time for production and sampling?

We usually require approximately 90 days from date of order and we can turn around samples in 2-3 weeks.

What are our payment terms?

Our payment terms are 30% advance payment and balance before shipment. We also work with payments via LC, TT against BL copy and other mutually agreed upon terms.

What currency do we work with?

We are open to work in any currency of your choice but we prefer to work in USD.

Can clients make factory visits?

Yes we highly encourage our clients to come visit us at the factory to see the production and take a tour around the factory to explore other possibilities of expansions.

Are we compliant with international quality standards?

Our export house strives to maintain high-quality standards and comply with international regulations. We are SA800 and SMETA / SEDEX audited factory.

What grading systems do we use for our production?

We grade patterns with the standard EU grade point system. However, we also grade US, India and Australian grade points based on client requirements.

Do we assist with the documentation and customs clearance process?

Yes we do help with all sorts of documentation and customs clearances. Kindly reach out to us on our email ID to know more about the same.

Do we charge for samples and couriers?

If MOQ is fulfilled for orders received against samples sent, we waiver off sample charges. But we do not pay for couriers. Our clients have to arrange to pick up the samples from our factory. We notify once samples are ready.

Do we help with Quality control and inspection of packed goods?

Yes we have a well-trained and professional team of third party quality inspectors who perform inspection of goods when production is complete. These professionals inspect 10-12% of the total quantity and send you a well-compiled detailed inspection report before goods are shipped.

Do we help with packaging?

Yes, we can help to develop packaging requirements as per the client’s requests and develop boxes, tissue papers with logo and branding.
